“Got two side windows for my MWB Transit, non opening door window was hard to fit as it was flat long ways and curved vertically the door has a two way curv. I had to clamp it overnight to stop it from lifting at the sides . The off side window has a two way curve built in so should be easier to fit. Well made windows sliding one very nice.”

“Ordered items on the 05/10/2016 still not received the items as of today 13/10/2016. Emailed them yesterday enquiring where my item is and haven't got a reply. Item was cheap but delivery is atrocious and then to not get a reply to my email not acceptable. William Gallagher”

Hi WIlliam, The first contact we had from you was on Thursday night and we responded first thing Friday morning to advise the item must've been lost by Royal Mail (you ordered a key fob and they must've lost it in the post) so we sent another!!! over 95% of our orders are delivered within our timescales and we pride ourselves on a speedy delivery, sorry your item got lost but we did send out a replacement once we were made aware of this issue. “Very good,very quick service I ordered some van curtains in preparation for the new window being fitted thinking they would be a few days(as the website suggests) so I was happily surprised that when I got home from work the next day I had a box to open???? After I had the window installed it was curtain time,must say a great product,had to do a modification to make the top rail pass the door slider(easy enough to do) so now the new window and curtain up, Looks great and gives that privacy that the privacy glass don't quite give All in all,great service and great product ????”

“I bought twice. Toyota hiace NSF fixed. First one fell out when I closed the tailgate. I think it is because the window is too big particularly along the top and bottom edge. The edges hit the walls of the recess way before it meets the flat (or rubber trim rather). One glue / bond was not sufficient and being inexperienced I did not know this. For the second attempt I locally sourced Total Bond, much cheaper and used for aircrafts. It's quick drying and I used 2 tubes to make the window stand high in the recess. Specific instructions for this type of problem would have been useful or a smaller cut window. Anyway so far so good and I still have an untouched fixing kit if you refund?”

Hi Joanne, sorry your first window fell out, this sounds like a fitting issue due to you trying to fit the windows with a rubber external trim, our windows are designed to bond into the ENTIRE recess and if you have something else (like a rubber trim) in the recess they won't fit perfectly. In terms of bonding adhesive we only sell approved window bonding adhesive and whilst other adhesive may do the job to your satisfaction we would recommend sticking with window adhesive. If you want to return the fixing kit you have you are welcome to just contact our customer services team who will be more than happy to help!

“Bought appollo side steps for a long wheelbase ford custom minibus,to be told they don't fit minibus,no mention of this,only not suitable for heavy use ( taxi etc) so out there must be a van as a taxi ? Won't use you again stuck with a pair of steps”

Hi Rachel, Sorry you aren't happy with your order. We do specify on the website that these bars fit the Transit Custom van but the minibus has a different chassis meaning the brackets are not designed to fit your van, hence why we don't say they fit minibuses. You are welcome to return the steps for a full refund if you wish. We would've preferred you contacting us to resolve the issue rather than leaving a 1 star review. Regards Vanpimps
