“Excellent service, with the product arriving in good time and exactly as described. The product itself is very well made and fitted the can perfectly. Took a bit of time to install as it is so well fitted but the end result is worth the effort.”

“Purchased a voucher as a Christmas present. Email that came through had no voucher attached only a code and it was very unclear if that was the right part you needed. Then when the voucher code was attempted to be used it didn’t work and my dad had to sort it all and prove which email it was purchased from. It was way more hassle than it needed to be. This also happened to 3 of my siblings who also purchased one.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, this is appreciated. I have looked into this and can see once the email addresses were confirmed these were swapped over straight away. We have also spoken with our marketing team to update our listing due to this being unclear. We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. VanPimps.

“Purchased punched leather effect seat covers for a Peugeot Boxer 2021 van. The parcel arrived quickly (although the postage charges are a bit steep). The product is of a very high quality and when fitted does look amazing, like new seats. I would have liked a proper step-by-step guide to fitting. The video which is downloaded by scanning a code is inadequate, and the presentation is poor. The video does not add to the experience but detract from it.”
