“Thanks guys You have renewed my faith in online shopping experiences! Bought the side windows for my Sprinter van and was worried that they would be damaged in transit. I was kept up dated at every stage of the purchase and the arrived well packaged and on time as described. I opted to have a crack at fitting the windows myself and found the instructions easy to follow, the hardest part was finding decent jigsaw blades! The windows went in (both sides) in one day and totally transformed the van. I would give the service 5* the product 5* and after care 5*. I would definatley use Vanpimps again.”

“Ordered side bars for my L2 Transit Custom, the fixings don’t line up with any holes under the van. Found a video online but the brackets supplied with mine are not the same. Called VanPimps for advice and they just said watch the video again! No instructions, not easy to fit, even worse custom service and when it comes to reruns they said send us an email. Did and heard nothing back 5 days later!!! Avoid using them”

I have looked into our customer service tickets and I can see that you got in touch regarding the fitment of the bars on Friday at 10:55 and my colleague replied to your message at 11:07. He did advise in this message that he has tried to call and left a message advising that we did have some paper instructions for you that we needed to send over, these were sent in the email. We do hope that you received the email reply and the instructions. Please do not hesitate get in touch should you need any help. Our customer service team will be more than happy to advise. “Seat covers. How suppose fit headrest as cant get round bars on headrest due to where zip position. Also impossible to secure double seat in van when head board in.also got a type pouch thing with one slit in end & 2 round holes underneath no idea what for.had cut zips off headrest & put tie wraps on not at all happy. Gave up trying to phone company as put on hold would not buy again”

“Bought side windows for a Renault Trafic. Very good quality windows plus helpful instructional video made fitting them easy. The opening window works well and they make the van look and feel much more like a camper. I would highly recommend.”

“I ordered 2 window for my Nissan primastar van. Delivery was quick and well packaged to insure there was no damage. I've installed the windows and am really happy with quality of the windows and yhe price point is great. Well worth it. Will be ordering from vanpimps again. Cheers Karl”
