“Great product, perfect fit, only issue I had was with the adhesive, doesn’t properly fit a regular adhesive / silicon gun. Made getting a good bead more difficult than it should have been”

“Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Even when having to contact them for fitting instructions they immediately emailed me the info required. I needed the info because i Purchased a set of Fox running boards for van but no fitting instructions in box”

“I recently purchased two sliding windows for my VW Crafter (09), they were delivered within the delivery date stated, they were very well packaged! So much so that when the delivery van got stuck in my neighbours garden....trying to drive over a tree stump!! I helped him get out, when the doors of the van were opened, my windows had fallen down from height and looked as though they had taken a considerable thump, I thought that they would have been damaged, but after opening them up and inspecting them very thoroughly there was not a mark on them, this was only due to how well packaged they were. The windows themselves are very stylish and finished off nicely, the bonding package and instructions that came with the windows did the job nicely. If I ever have to purchase windows in the future, I won't hesitate to buy them again.”

“Bought side bars/steps for my Peugeot Boxer, impressed with the very fast delivery, had a couple of fitting questions as the instructions are very basic to be fair, I rang van pimps and the help was instant and helpful, fitted the bars now and all looks good, quality looks fine, fixing brackets and fasteners seem of a decent quality too, would I use van pimps again? definitely, no problems at all.”

“Bought a fair few bits from Van Pimps in the past, service and products are usually spot on. However in my latest order, one of the curtains out of the two pairs I ordered arrived ripped in 3 places. Left a message for them to contact me after the weekend but nothing yet unfortunately, will have to chase them at lunch. No biggie as long as they replace the damaged curtain. Also if you purchase 'passenger side' (sliding door) curtain, be aware this is just a mirror of the drivers side and does not account for the door mechanism so had to chop into it to make it fit around the mechanism. Again, wasn't a huge issue but just a bit daft and thoughtless on the manufacturer's end.”
