Seat covers had no instruction for fitting and have elastic loops but no idea what to fit them to

Quick delivery (not tried the products yet) but no response from customer service after requesting a VAT invoice. I've emailed all contact email addresses twice and rang the number on the website also. I was told by the customer service agent that they would email one over straight away but didn't Will happily increase the review if a valid explanation and VAT invoice is received

I ordered a roof rack from their website the next day I received a phone call and email to confirm it was the correct one before they shipped the item out, the delivery came quick and I had my roof rack. Unfortunately I was missing bolts and washers and nuts and was unable to fit the roof rack. Sent a few emails and received nothing back!! So had to spend more money at the local DIY shop and get the fittings I needed to be able to use the product it’s been about 4 days since I’ve emailed about the missing items and still not heard anything back from them

Poor service, delayed responses and took an order for an item that is out of stock. Poor descriptions of items too.

Had mine delivered, installed it and within 10 miles took it out! Every time I depressed the clutch pedal the carpet got caught on it (On the edge of the carpet) and became a big distraction whilst trying to drive, removed it to be safe. I believe it would be better if there was an additional 1” or 2” of material to go further under the pedals

Mixed opinion. Delivery of my front splitter for my T5 was quick. Item in perfect order. However delivered with no fitting instructions. Telephoned them and was told they would email me some. This didn’t happen. Emailed them and received a reply saying they would send some. Week later, nothing. Just starting this van conversion out with lots to buy. These guys won’t be my first place to check to purchase bits.
