“I had bought a van of these guys and was promised a new door from a donor van as the van I bought was linked and couldn’t be repaired . I took a day off work and drove 2 hours and was told the door was no longer available and was promised that they would sort it . 3 weeks later I’m now being ignored and have no door or spare key which they have also lost ! Literally avoid at all costs”

“One of the rubber plastic ends was broken on delivery but when we rang Ellie sprang into action and organised a replacement which arrived the very next day. If the owners of Vandemon read this that young lady is a real credit to your company. Professional, and very friendly and easy to speak to. We will be returning because of this experience. Wonderful. Angela”

“Ordered 2 items through Prime, expecting the seller to use Amazon network, but nope, they use their own network Evri. It seems that Van Demon nor Evri have read the clear delivery instructions that are on the order that was pushed through from Amazon that clearly states that my address is a business address with accepting delivery with week days 9am to 5pm. Turns out that Evri failed not once but twice to return to deliver, and will try again to deliver at date and time when the business is not open. Van Demon have failed to pass on and relay delivery instructions. I was promised a call back before 5pm but sadly they did not call me. Evri have failed to read delivery notes, or read the opening hours. So now i'm 2 parcels down, who knows where they are or when they will attempt delivery and its all because Van Demon did not relay it. Apparently, Evri may attempt to deliver it on Tomorrow (closed) or on Monday which is 4 days late. And yes, Amazon have said the details including delivery instructions and hours were given to the seller.”

“Ordered side and rear windows for my Vivaro. Ordered a fitting kit as a bundle but it only came with a fitting kit barely suitable for 2 windows. The fitting kit was packaged with the rear windows, so I used them first. Only to be told afterwards by their customer services that this kit was for the side windows. They did not offer to send an additional kit (apparently they are not able to...) and instead pointed me towards ebay. As it only came with 2 wipes (which dried up before I could complete the clean), I had to use some other cleaning product in an attempt to make sure the surface was clean. This was clearly a mistake as the window fell out and shattered 2 days later. I will try and contact them, but I'm not confident I will get much sympathy or support based on the feedback already given.”

“Purchased a side window kit with everything that's required to self install. Everything went well until I was ready to use the Master Bond adhesive. I warned the tube in boiling water for 5 minutes, thinking this would make it easier to use. I was wrong. The adhesive was So hard to come out, I could only get 2 inch sections of the glue out at a time, Panic set in as I had a hole in the side of my van. I carried on the best I could, fitted the window. Next day I hosed the van down & found a couple drops of water. I complained to Van Demon, as Now I had to get a Auto wind screen company to remove the screen, Which cracked on removal. All I got from Van Demon was a replacement fitting kit over a month after I complained. I needed to be reimbursed not more adhesive ! even a voucher to use with the company, those who are converting vans know how expensive things are. Think twice before using this company, Once bitten twice shy. I have found a company that can supply much cheaper than Van Demon.”

“Really bad service, customer service doesn't exist so don't bother emailing or phoning you'll be waiting a long time!! Bank managed to get my money back though! Pay the extra 5-£10 from a different website”

“Bought seat covers from them a couple years back for my Doblo Van. They're holding up really well. Waterproof? I'm a gardener. It was pissistingly raining. Running off my waterproofs. Very angry i jumped in van to shelter. After a while I decided to sack it in, went got my kit together, took waterproofs off, opened drivers door - my seat was now a pond. Which I had to sit in all the way home. So yeah, waterproof. Learning outcome 1 - Van Demon make really good seat covers. Learning outcome 2 - ALWAYS remove waterproofs before getting in van. 😂”

“Place an order on Friday and had no email confirmation and can’t get hold of them by phone, Facebook and on here feeling like a scam. The website says I have no orders but I have screen shots showing payment was made and money has been taken.”

“Purchased a tailored rubber van mat for my works horse transit, could not be happier no more worries about creating a divot in the floor where the pedals are, easy to remove and clean and really brings a new lease of life to the interior of the cab. Thanks van demons for a fantastic product, I will be returning with an order for the rest of the fleet.”

“Quick delivery (not tried the products yet) but no response from customer service after requesting a VAT invoice. I've emailed all contact email addresses twice and rang the number on the website also. I was told by the customer service agent that they would email one over straight away but didn't Will happily increase the review if a valid explanation and VAT invoice is received”
