“Bought a roofrack, they even phoned to make sure I had ordered the right fit for my van.it came next day as promised. Seeing as I live on an island in the highlands this was a welcome surprise. Went to put on van, found one section was dented and twisted (packaging looked ok) took photos and e-mailed vandemon, they sent out a new part no quibble or hassles. I would highly reccommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again. Great customer service and products.”

“Excellent service but had a problem when one of the windows had a chip. Phoned and spoke to a very nice lady that asked me to send photo then they replaced the window with no problem Would recommend to anyone and will Buy more items in the future 10/10”
