“First time trying out this shop for homewares and bought some porcelain dinnerware, a Woll frying pan and the Krosno wine glass set. Good quality overall just pricey and delivery took a while but all good additions to my kitchen set”

“Further to my previous review in which I gave 1 star, after writing a complaint email to Domestix a competent individual called Kristine resolved my issue. The other workers were not great in fact James didn't even care and was quick to palm you off stating the engineer will be in touch but no one did. Kristine was very professional apologized for the incompetencies. Kristine saw that the previous two engineers were not good which led to misunderstanding on parts and severe delays. She quickly rectified the issue by sending a super efficient engineer. Furthermore, upon my request she ensure the same engineer attended to fix the part. Only because of Kristine I have boosted up the review. Thank you. Perhaps they could get Kristine to train others up.”

We shall continue using the service but will have to bear in mind the the equipment we have, whilst still working is getting older and a point will be reached where spares are no longer available and the service becomes unworkable..”

“I have as very impressed with service received and the end result after my vacuum serviced. However I have written to complain about numbers of reminders which I think is over the top. First an email, second a phone call and thirdly, most annoying, a txt message at 7.00 am !! Most people are responsible enough to know they have appt but to txt that early in morning is not welcomed. Engineer Mike was excellent and very helpful”
