I have as very impressed with service received and the end result after my vacuum serviced. However I have written to complain about numbers of reminders which I think is over the top. First an email, second a phone call and thirdly, most annoying, a txt message at 7.00 am !! Most people are responsible enough to know they have appt but to txt that early in morning is not welcomed. Engineer Mike was excellent and very helpful
