My energy supplier informed me my fixed term deal was about to end (about two months to go) and offered me some options to stay with them.
Uswitch located a better offer (not originally offered to me by the supplier) from the same supplier which I subsequently took. I was a little concerned over the early termination but was assured the payments would did not apply as long as I was within a couple of months of the end of the contract.
A little irritated that my supplier could not offer the deal directly but glad that I decided to shop around a little.”
