“I’m fed up with this surveys where you just wanna write through the rating isn’t zero because you didn’t do a very good job. You also didn’t advisor a deposit that would be needed before I could get the product which wasted my time and had a knock on effect we still not being able to get them off my back and they’re still messaging me.”

“Attempted to switch to Fuse for gas/electricity to be told the switch had happened but when I queried what was happening with the gas supply was told by Fuse that they had no “access” to it and could not do the switch. I would have thought that Uswitch when offering the product and checking postcode would have been aware of this Complete joke and a waste of time !!”

“Pathetic, thought I had signed up with a provider, u switch sent me details and gave me a link to follow "to complete" registration but it was like Starting again. I queried this by email to uswitch and they said they would get back to me in one to four days which I found appalling when dealing with your gas and electric still waiting for them to get back to me. Surprisingly enough I didn't go ahead with the swap.”

“Having been tempted by the simplicity of using Uswitch I find myself once again throughly disappointed that what was promised was not delivered and what was meant to take a few minutes has ended up taking hours to sort and still the clock is ticking.”

“Advertising some cash back when you use their site to switch but this never happened ,after transaction it takes you to their site to buy more products and no mention of cash back. It wasn’t made easy to be contacted. I would use alternative sites where I can”

“Worst company ever had to deal with. Compared broadband providers u switch called me offering amazing offer with sky suprise suprise sky were unaware of said deal so instead of saving money my bill doubled . Hence cancelled sky . Then contacted uSwitch and surprise Tel number doesn't work.email you are passed pillar to post no one accepts responsibility. But suppose they got their commission so they wouldn't care would they conscious seems non existent. So be careful when you agree a deal !!”

“Changed broadband on BT offer, should get £30 Mastercard card and £100 M&S vouchers, got card from BT but £100 M&S from Uswitch nevert got, send lots of emails to Uswitch and tried to speak to them via phone but its impossible, never got reply to any send email, dont rely on offers as when you try to claim it- its impossible, i wish I never switched via Uswitch as now cannot cancel order so will overpay for next 18 months, it would be cheaper overally if I got promised vouchers, nut I learned a lesson, never ever again Pat”
