“The switch did not actually happen as the energy firm application did not go through for some reason then the deal was not available having received an email saying they needed more information! I have gone elsewhere.”

“Switch has been very good in the past, however my most recent attempt to seek a change of supplier for our local club led me to Bionic. My experience of Bionic was less than favourable as their communication failures landed us with high charges from our supplier.”

“Good ideas. Lots of potential and incentives but let down a bit by the app syncing and updating. Little bit of time to make it look a bit fancier and more engaging with features would be nice also.”

“It works OK but selection is cautious, and energy cost saving calculation is misleading. Savings shown are based on what happens if I don't switch. Well I'm going to switch or I wouldn't be there. So I need to find the best deal rather than see some calculation of savings based on doing nothing. They also don't include some of the best deals on offer, although admittedly some suppliers are a bit iffy, but that's for me to decide on not them.”
