I can't acces the Smart Meter stuff as my SM ID is bound to a non-existent email address. Web site/app require a login on a valid email for customers to resolve this - so instead you need to do it. The web 'assistant' can't help with this (just gives useless advice)

Annoying. I expect to find here list all available tariffs; it’s impossible to get them even when you enter your address. E.g., spent 7 hours trying to get answer whether certain tariff package has an off-peak discount. What’s a point of the platform then?

The switch did not actually happen as the energy firm application did not go through for some reason then the deal was not available having received an email saying they needed more information! I have gone elsewhere.

at present i a getting e mails rom e d f advising that they are not happy withh my attpt to changethem as m y energy supplier and suggestin that i have made a big mistake so if possible put my accunt back to where it was

Switch has been very good in the past, however my most recent attempt to seek a change of supplier for our local club led me to Bionic. My experience of Bionic was less than favourable as their communication failures landed us with high charges from our supplier.

You need to make it clear where providers do not offer a telephone service like FUSE. This can present problems for the disabled like me. Kevin

I did say my current deal did not end until 23rd August but the new supplier gave me a switch date of 8th August!
