“I have got into bother from eon next for switching. Below is the email I have sent them for charging me exit fees. I decided to leave last week and as I was in the 14 day cooling off period I phoned customer service to check if I still had to pay exit fees as I was in this cooling off period, I was told there would be no exit fees, this is dishonest and has caused me financial distress as I find you are now charging me exit fees. “In order take accurate measurements you need to take the usage of the gas/electric as well. British Gas recalculated the figures of savings £122 per annum. The actual usage came to £62 per annum. As a retainer they offered £75 to stay. Needless to say I stayed”
