Emailed to see about buying a new phone as I was having difficulty checking out. To date my email has gone unanswered, so looks like they don't need the business.

YORKSHIRE GAS & POWER THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY We started of ok and then there was a problem with a estimated bill based on our previous electric company, which we inherited when we took over the building. Phoned and explained what was going on and they acknowledged and said they wouldn't take the money, which they still did, we cancelled the direct debit so they couldn't help themselves to anymore of our money and complained, and then forgot about it because we got busy. 6 months down the line we get a bill in saying we now owe them money, which came as a shook as they stool £1345, ever since then we have been complaining and they have been refunding money to our account until now, we had a massive row on the phone and they have refused to refund direct fees which they are charging at £75 per month and refused to sort my account out saying that they can't do nothing and that we are in breech of our contact, beware of this company they will rip you off and i'm not the only one.

The nice lady Julie that spoke to on the phone. Was very helpful nice and polite. couldnt ask for a nice a person to be honest .

Worst company ever had to deal with. Compared broadband providers u switch called me offering amazing offer with sky suprise suprise sky were unaware of said deal so instead of saving money my bill doubled . Hence cancelled sky . Then contacted uSwitch and surprise Tel number doesn't work.email you are passed pillar to post no one accepts responsibility. But suppose they got their commission so they wouldn't care would they conscious seems non existent. So be careful when you agree a deal !!

I requested a fuel tariff without a smart meter. Now I have a tarrif with a smart meter......not happy one bit!

I switch SUPPOSEDLY done a power supply switch for me. It included a new meter which is what I wanted from a new supplier. Now a few days after the switch USWITCH suddenly tell me if you want a new meter you have to get your current supplier to give you one. SO the whole switch over and description of the switch was false and full off lies and deceit. Do Not Trust USWITCH. They are a con and mislead you just to get their commission under false pretenses. Consumer Watchdogs are now being informed and hopefully shut down this FAKE COMPANY. BEWARE ! STAY CLEAR OF USWITCH !!!

I spent over 2 hours looking for a contract phone and Uswitch website offered what looked to be the best deal via Three mobile but then Three advised that this deal is no longer available. Clearly something somewhere is not right.

Changed broadband on BT offer, should get £30 Mastercard card and £100 M&S vouchers, got card from BT but £100 M&S from Uswitch nevert got, send lots of emails to Uswitch and tried to speak to them via phone but its impossible, never got reply to any send email, dont rely on offers as when you try to claim it- its impossible, i wish I never switched via Uswitch as now cannot cancel order so will overpay for next 18 months, it would be cheaper overally if I got promised vouchers, nut I learned a lesson, never ever again Pat

Just like to give a mention to Nicola (Sorry! Didnt catchg her surname) who helped me arrange a move to a new provider this morning. She couldnt have been more helpful and made wat could have been a frustrating experience quite enjoyable. Well done Nicola, Thanks you so much.

I am a retired energy buyer, I checked out uSwitch for my own gas & electricity. They came up with a 'cheaper' deal where the costs were higher - so much for cheaper deals. Looks to me that they just suggest suppliers who pay them the highest. Doing your own checks are soooo easy, just write down your unit costs & standing charge costs (per day) , ignore your annual usage and if the proposed supplier is offering cheaper rates than you are currently paying then you are on to a winner. if you multiply the unit costs by your annual usage and add on the annual daily standard charges, you will then have your TRUE annual cost.

My call to uSwitch was taken by Howard. He offered customer service at its best and was the epitome of patience. He explained clearly the options and I am very happy with the result. It was a long call, but I felt unrushed. Thank you Howard, for making what was a tricky process for me, a simple process. Excellent.
