“Good products, at reasonable prices. I recently bought a Hikvision sun shield, which also acts as a weather protection as well, looks neat and fits perfectly over the Hik turret type cameras, I now have 2, both fitted with the sun/weather protection shades. They have solved a problem I had with "low sun flare" and keep them protected from the elements. As usual, use-ip, provide excellent service in terms of delivery speed and support.”

“Prompt response on price-query. Bougth 4 Hik-Vision cameras and NVR. Low prices, but excellent quality. Delivery as promised. Thought I had a technical problem, use-IP offered me immediately a replacement, but the problem was due to a bad cable in my house. Very happy customer :-)”

“There was a particular Hikvision camera that I was having difficulty locating in the UK. use-IP were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also able to supply the UK version at a good price. Despatch was prompt and the camera arrived in perfect condition. Although I don't need any more cameras at the moment, I will go back to them when the time comes.”

“Not Much to say actually Did some research before, asked prices from sellers here in BENELUX and I must say it was expensive. Then I checked "use-IP" and as a official seller for hikvision the prices where 50% cheaper then the stores here in Belgium. Talked to the people through the chat , which was very helpful and educational. So I made up my mind and ordered it at Use-IP. 2 PTZ's , 2 Turrets and a NVR. Shipping was very fast ! Support afterwards was very good ! Overall !! a A+++ for this company”

“Three new cameras with lovely clear colour images. We now have a wide angle view of our driveway from the garage on one camera, a long angle view from the front door on the second and a third camera gives us full coverage of our back garden. The cameras were quick and easy to install, thank you!”

“Camera arrived on time and in perfect condition. What I really like about IP Camera was the helpful setup advice afterwards. I now have a high MP camera hooked up to my NAS and looking out for my house while I'm at work. Definitely recommended and I'll order with them again.”

“Excellent after sales service and delivery of promises on their price match. These people clearly know what they talking about and are in it for the long haul which is very reassuring in a market place littered with 'box shifters'. I'm no slouch when it comes to technology but whilst the Hikvision kit is certainly good quality Chinese instruction manuals are not always easy to follow. My setting up queries have all been answered promptly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending use-IP Ltd to others”
