“Really helpful online chat before I bought camera and recorder. Arrived super quickly. I had a query re setup of software, and use-IP were quick to respond. My emailed problem quickly diagnosed and resolved same day with clear instructions and links to their online resources. Great service.”

“I received a quote from another company for a cctv system. I felt the price was too high and the quality too low. I decided to try 'going it alone'. I luckily found Use-IP who were very helpful indeed. Phil (the main man with all the answers) was most informative and guided me to exactly what I needed to build a much better quality system with far superior pictures and all for a really competitive price which has saved me hundreds of pounds. I shall be returning very soon to add to my system.”

“I'm not completely new to IP surveillance cameras but at the same time I'm not a professional and still needed some advise and Mrs Tara of use-IP Ltd has been really helpful. I needed some explanations and/or clarifications on products and options and she really sorted me out. Concerning the camera I've purchased it's a great product at a very reasonable price. Please understand why I don't publish some images, it's just because of privacy issues (because I don't "black-out" all the sections of the image that are not my property even though the camera allows to do so). If you are into surveillance cameras and need a place to go, I definitively recommend use-IP Ltd. (5 stars)”

“I received prompt advice after watching great youtube videos from Use IP. The delivery was received two days after ordering. I had a problem with my set-up (which transpired to be a faulty sd card I'd fitted)and I received immediate advice again.”

“use-IP have very knowledgeable staff available on instant chat, they will happily make product recommendations that are good value meet the use case. I took advantage of their 14-day return policy to sample a few different models to decide which models i will use for my project. Their customer service are quick, polite and efficient. Keep it up!”
