“The service from use-IP was very good. The product from HIKVision (a 2CD2042WD-I) isn't. The video plug-in isn't compatible with modern browsers and the email alert facility isn't considered secure enough for google (or Zen). Only by over-riding Google standard security settings can HIKVision-initiated emails be received at all. Use-IP should either cease selling HIKVision products, or warn potential customers of the problems they are likely to encounter.”

“Quick response to my email about a general question about cameras. Delivery was quick despite only choosing the normal delivery. When the items arrived there were no issues and everything worked as per the website. Also included were labels in the event the items needed to be returned. Couldn't say I found anything to fault them on.”

“Good that there are still companies that can provide a good service and high quality for a discounted price. I am very pleased with my last purchase and will on the next occasion, undoubtedly do business with them again. I would recommend anyone to use their services.
