“Excellent service and product advice. If you have networking and technical/electrical skills but you aren't a CCTV professional then these people will help you create a professional level CCTV system. Saved me hours of product research and then sold me the gear at a very reasonable price. My company has 3 sites. First one now done, other two next year.”

“Needed replacement dome covers for cameras, the existing ones were scratched, causing blurring on night vision. Placed my order, was then contacted to confirm I had ordered the correct replacements, which then arrived a few days later. Excellent service.”

“Incredibly helpful company, both with the initial purchase of the Hikvision NVR and HDD, and the followup. As a geriatric mac user vet I know enough about technology to be dangerous, they were so helpful talking me through sorting out the initial formatting of the HDD. Can't speak highly enough of the company.”

“I have been a customer of Use-IP for a number of years after experiencing supply difficulties with my old supplier. What a refreshing change, as well as having an excellent website you can speak to real people! In my opinion Use-IP are, without doubt, the best supplier of CCTV equipment in the UK. They have a wide range of products complimented with an efficient and speedy delivery service. Most important, their technical support is the best I’ve experienced. A special shoutout to Kyle who has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Highly recommended.”

“Very good service; it was easy to select the right replacement dome for my Hikvision cameras, but UseIP also e-mailed me to verify the exact model that the domes were for, to eliminate any chance of sending me the wrong ones. Once fitted the night vision is restored! The cameras were fine in daylight but at night only showed the refracted IR light due to the surface scratching and micro-cracks in the plastic. Once I had the old dome off it was interesting to compare - I have attached a photo showing the yellowing of the old dome. I have also attached before and after pictures through one of the cameras at night, to show what a difference the new dome has made.”

“This is the third order I have placed with use-IP and as alway, the service has been fantastic. I always recommend use-IP to anybody considering buying CCTV because they have the best technical support. There are plenty of companies that sell cameras, but modern IP cameras are complicated devices that require proper setting up and there are hundreds of settings that can be fine tuned. It's really worthwhile to deal with a company that knows the product inside out and can help you get the best out of them.”
