“Excellent and honest pre-sales support and in my case, via both telephone and online chat. In addition, I found the YouTube channel very useful for helping in product selection and comparison; hit "subscribe" and keep up to date on IP cctv developments! Ordering online was very easy and got the equipment the next day on standard rates to N.Ireland. Superb service and great gear at super prices. Big disappointment on HikVision losing the plot with their new business plan and withdrawing their products from Use-IP and others, but it would be great to know what is replacing the HikVision kit and soon.”

“Having purchased a few cameras from Use-IP I had a problem with one, Thinking I would have to send it back I sent a quick E-mail to the sales team letting them know what the problem was. This was a Sunday but wanted to get it sent so it would be ready for them on Monday to read. But I got a reply within a few hours. This Explained the fix I needed for the camera and got me ready to continue the installation. Not often you get a company that go all out to help even on a Sunday. Keep up the good work and what an outstanding service”

“On my initial contact with use-IP I explained the type of entry system that I would like. I was expertly guided through all the available technology on offer that fitted my criteria. The team member,Keoni spent some considerable time putting together a system and ensuring it was what I wanted. The quote was sent through within 5 minutes of my call and the pricing was more than competitive. Once I received my system the after sales care and advice was second to none. “Well yet again use-IP exceed expectations. Not only do they happily give shed loads of advice and then items arrive next day but when there is an issue they bend over backwards to help resolve it without any gripes whatsoever. Customer service is second to none.”

“Ordered from use-IP, but before that contacted them and they were very helpful. Asked them about upgrading an old analogue system. Them confirmed the models and NVR would be suited. I've installed the cameras and am very impressed with the picture quality. Would highly recommend use-IP for all CCTV options.”

“Ordered NVR kit one day and got it the next to N.Ireland with default, no-charge mail option. Ordering was a breeze on the site and both online chat and phone sales were excellent (thanks Gilly and Keoni!); plus, the YouTube channel is excellent and packed with really useful and professionally-produced vids that cover all aspects of IP CCTV for both amateurs and professionals - thanks, Dan. I'm upgrading my home and office CCTV and will be back for cameras when I decide on numbers and locations. Thanks, guys.”

“Super fast delivery. Any questions I have had have been answered. I have phoned and emailed and always get an answer. They have a forum but there are a good few posts not answered so looks like support here is less. The HikVision camera I bought is top notch, a little fiddly setting up with no NVR but stick with it if you are new, it takes time for all the information to sink in and play around. Also bought a TP-Link POE switch for the camera, again top notch. I would recommend USE-IP to anyone given the experience I have had with them so far :)”

“USE IP, well WOW. Sadly the kit we bought was not compatible with our infrastructure but the guys at USE did everything they could to satisfy our needs. Service like this is so rare and anything in the future for our CCTV needs we'll certainly go to USE IP. After sales support was second to none and the delivery speed was exceptional. 10/10”

“Having ordered from use-IP, I can say that the response to my order was excellent. Delivery the next day was a surprise, since I had not paid extra for this. The items were extremely well packaged and were as described on the website. Office staff are friendly and helpful and the website tries to go the extra mile in offering tutorials and guidance. “I am not an expert in networking computers. I have however worked in the customer service market for 43 years. Ive been in the post internet era.. My experience with use-ip has been a good one. Having never used the site before i have been impressed with the personal service I have received. The site layout is good. The site chat help works... yes someone actually replies within a few seconds to actually help you. I made the purchase, its all new to me. Never needed CCTV. But a newbie needs answers. I can honestly say that I received a great service. I ordered 2 Hikvision dome cameras. They arrived well packaged and within 2 days. here's the test though and its for this reason I'm writing this. One of the cameras was faulty. These things happen, and we should accept these things occur. The acid test is what happens next. I informed use-ip on the chat service. I was given guidance then told I should retune the items. I sent them recorded delivery 8 pound 55p. The next day the item was received, tested. Found faulty, but day 3 returned a new one from stock.. Great. and credited my postage in full. This is top service. We've all been there with internet sales, but with this honest old fashioned care. thanks to Keoni and Phil. As a result I've order another camera. Thank you”

“I ordered 6 Hikvision 4K IP cameras. Ordering and whole delivery process was excellent. Exactly according to my expectation. What I really apporeciate was the fact, that few days after my purchase and upon completion of the payment, the camera price was lowered and use-IP Ltd send me the difference in price compered to the new price back on my credit card. “Massive catalogue and inventory, the right price and prompt and efficient shipment. Their system easily dealt with my Jersey address and the attendant VAT issues. Also, contrarily to all the "call us" sites around, all of the technical information and publications are available a click away. Brilliant, however simple or complex your CCTV needs are.”
