“Very good service; it was easy to select the right replacement dome for my Hikvision cameras, but UseIP also e-mailed me to verify the exact model that the domes were for, to eliminate any chance of sending me the wrong ones. Once fitted the night vision is restored! The cameras were fine in daylight but at night only showed the refracted IR light due to the surface scratching and micro-cracks in the plastic. Once I had the old dome off it was interesting to compare - I have attached a photo showing the yellowing of the old dome. I have also attached before and after pictures through one of the cameras at night, to show what a difference the new dome has made.”

“Great company to deal with, I only place the odd order here and there, but always get great service. Any questions are always promptly and professionally answered, dispatch is always quick, with great communication regarding delivery. Not being a ‘professional’ installer, I would highly recommend buying from Use-IP”

“This is the third order I have placed with use-IP and as alway, the service has been fantastic. I always recommend use-IP to anybody considering buying CCTV because they have the best technical support. There are plenty of companies that sell cameras, but modern IP cameras are complicated devices that require proper setting up and there are hundreds of settings that can be fine tuned. It's really worthwhile to deal with a company that knows the product inside out and can help you get the best out of them.”

“5 stars isn't enough for this company and in particular Jake. There is no other company that I would use for anything CCTV related. “Recently purchased a camera and two mounting brackets, not a huge order. However Goldstar to Kyle McMunn, she spent the time to contact me and make me aware that one of the brackets was incompatible with the camera I had ordered. On this occasion this did not matter as the bracket in question was not ordered for the camera ordered. The fact she was not only aware of the potential issue but also took the time to flag it up to me spoke volumes for the USE-IP team. Thanks once again Kyle.”

“I brought my first NVR from a different company who completely abandoned me when I found I needed help. I found Use-IP and contacted them for advice on the best NVR to upgrade to. They were very helpful and technically knowledgeable and assured me they would assist if I had any issues. I brought my new NVR and low and behold 2 days later I need technical help. I called Jake at Use-IP who immediately set about helping me and went away to research my problem with the other boffins and eventually came back with a solution which fixed the problem. Thank you Use-IP I will continue to use your services in the future. Glad I found you this time!”

“After installing a Hikvision NVR and 8 dome cameras back in 2014 it was time to update the camera looking at the drive to one with improved night vision quality. I used the use-IP online chat facility and received prompt answers to my many questions from Jake. Impressed with that service I felt very confident in then ordering my new camera which was delivered quickly. Communications about the purchase and delivery were prompt and personalised. The camera was a direct drop-in for my older unit and advice had been given about features that would be new to me. The camera is working perfectly - to coin a phrase - the difference is like night and day.”
