“Good pre-sales support and advice but when i needed help getting it up and running it was rather limited. As I couldn't get it to work, ie to save recordings and pictures to an external hard disk I have had to return it.”

Hi Patricia, I know that Kieran spent a lot of time with you trying to set the camera up to record to your QNAP NAS. I'm sorry that we weren't able on this occasion to get it to do what you needed.

“Good sound advise was offered on what device to choose. The product is sturdy and robust - simple to set up. Actual recorded quality is excellent - I use a Qnap NAS storage device as a DVR currently. I plan to purchase more cameras in the future and will personaly use and therfore recommend Use-IP”

“Received camera very quickly from use-ip, tested with a POE switch and 15m cable, image very sharp will be installing in final location when ready. The physical quality is very good..solid aluminium body.”

“Recently visited their site as I was in need of a security camera for my office. I got great help on the TEXT CHAT live on the site. They suggested a camera that met all my needs. I purchased the PTZ dome camera and it works brilliantly, even in the dark! Recording to an mini SD card (also purchased) and uploading to FTP as well as sending an email. My office is secure now, no more MacBooks going missing hopefully. Delivery was very quick.”

“Bought 4 meg bullet cameras to go with previous 3 meg ones but had to upgrade firmware in order to utilise the nvr's poe interface - phoned and spoke to Kieran - sorted instantly - brilliant customer service after the hik overseas site would not let me register to download the file. The cameras are amazing - detail and definition even at night are great. Will buy more again soon.”
