“Pre and after sales service was second to none. Considering their prices are so low they provide such high quality service. I was guided thought the purchasing and all my questions answered truthfully (they were not just trying to grab as much money as possible) I had a question about the NVR so I rang them and spoke to a techie straight away, this is a nice touch as other suppliers previously told me to speak to the manufacture”

“Great product: Camera is as described, on-board software is easy to use and the camera really easy to set up with a bit of IT skills. Great service: Quick reply by email to questions asked about what is best for my CCTV project. Great price: Might be slightly more expensive that some other companies but the camera has the UK firmware and the Chinese one as other sellers.”

“Was a pleasure to do business with. However, after initial confirmation of the order, little else happens. The only thing I recommend changing is that the website refers to a link in an email to track the status of the order but no such link can be found. That's all. Other than that: really good prices, well done!”

“My Hikvision camera came the next day with standard delivery and the price was very competitive and the camera was a genuine UK model in the UK packaging, unlike some other suppliers. The best thing about use-IP is the backup by the Forum and in my case an email reply within a couple of hours on a Sunday morning, thats what I call customer service.”

“I had not used Use-IP (or the HIK camera) before, so I was initially seeking advice and help on a suitable purchase. I found the sales person very helpful, and not at all pushy. I decided to purchase from them ultimately because of their offer to return the unit if it didn't match up to my needs. We ran into a couple of issues when trying to set up the unit, the response and support from Use-IP were second to none, so I will be making further purchases from them in the future. Thanks guys!”

“I was looking for cameras for home security and had pretty much decided on which make/model I wanted to purchase. But where to buy from? I looked on Amazon and got very confused with lots of sellers selling cameras not quite to the spec I wanted and/or imported models. Then found Use IP (through a quick google!) and they had exactly the models I wanted, at a price as good as or better than other's I'd seen. Very impressed with service and speed of delivery - definitely a happy customer. Thanks Use IP!”

“The offer on Use-IP ist very good described and rich. So i bought two of the Hikvision 3MP cameras and Use-Ip was very fast shipping my order to my home in germany. Both Hikvision Cams (a EXIT-Dome and a MiniDome) are amazing products, easy to use, but rich on parameters for professional use, if you need. Thanks for this offer, use-IP ! :)”
