“I have made several purchases from use-ip over the years and always found them very quick to provide the goods and deliver them however unusual the goods may be. In one specific case I tried many different suppliers who made false promises but Use-IP provided the goods quickly and efficiently.”

“During a project I have running, Use-ip helped with my product selection through their online chat. After I purchased the item I thought would be suitable it arrived the very next day. Unfortunatly it didnt work as I expected (my fault as i didnt check my power requirement properly) I ordered an alternative which again, arrived the next day. They accepted the returns of the original item even though it had far passed the normal required returns date window. Very very very helpful company and by far the best retailer I have ever had the pleasure of doing busines with. order #100006341”

“Fast efficient service with next day delivery, very good stock, never had to wait on products espically on ordering some products I wouldn't of expected to be In stock due to cost of product. Very good technical knowledge from their tech department, its nice to see a company who know in depth the products they sell which is a big tick for me.z”

“With a limited budget we looked to replace a number of IP cameras at our school. Using the quick chat we were soon chatting to someone who was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction which was a Hikvision dome camera setup with a wall mount. We placed the order and it all arrived the next morning. We set it up and having thought Hikvision sounded like a budget Chinese brand we were amazed with the results. We plan to next upgrade the remaining 23 with similar cameras and after chatting again to support will also be looking at an NVR. I Couldnt fault Use IP in any way. On our next purchase we spotted that the mount was £2-3 cheaper from another seller so Use-IP knocked £4 off the quote!! The knowledge / support was spot on. Overall 10/10, would highly recommend.”

“use-IP gave me some great advice when looking to purchase my security camera. I was torn between getting 4mm or 6mm Turret camera to monitor my back garden and garage. I provided them with an idea of the area I was looking to monitor and they gave me some very useful info and links to compare devices via the live chat on their website. In the end I went for the Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I 6mm .... as I am more concerned about the night-vision quality I wanted an EXIR camera. They also advised me of the external bracket options for mounting to go with this camera. They beat any price I could find on the Internet and once ordered, the speed of delivery was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend use-IP Ltd and if I'm in the market for another camera or asked my advice on where to purchase then they would be my first choice.”

“Use IP recommended a camera that would resolve registration plates over a 30m night IR range, The Hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I8 was used. A fantastic product, client is very happy and can clearly see car registrations over distance. Use-IP clearly understood the requirement and recommended that perfect camera for this job as they have down on many occasions for my business, a valuable asset to have available when I need it.
