Hello Gary, I'm sorry we had such difficulty in getting a copy invoice to you. I have checked, and our team did send a copy by email each time you requested it. I struggled to reach you too, I think we sent it six times in total but we got there in the end :)

“I discovered Use-IP recently whilst looking for a home CCTV camera. Online chat support response was quick and helpful. Customer service is excellent and the items ordered were quickly received. The website is very simple to use, the forum contains useful information and there are some informative online videos as well. All in all a 5 star experience. I would not hesitate recommending Use-IP to others and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from use-ip, I had a query ref what lens size I should buy, I emailed a picture of the area I would like to cover. Response was pretty much immediate, although they cannot give you the ultimate answer it was good enough for me to make my own decision. I am familiar with the Hikvision brand having previously purchased bullet cameras from china, I now thought I would like to purchase from a UK authorised seller for advice and support in the future, which you will not get from china. I am now surveying some other locations I need to mount cameras and will be purchasing the rest via use-ip. Many thanks for all the help, keep it up. Ashish”

“I recommend use-IP due to their good customer service. I've ordered a number of cameras from them and I've found them responsive by email and over the phone when needed. They gave a prompt refund when one of the cameras had a software problem. Cameras were delivered promptly with text notification informing the hour slot of the delivery.”

“First purchase with Use-IP. A wide selection of different camera manufacturers at a good price. Found the web chat easy to use and the staff were able to answer all my questions (at different times as i collected information on the best camera for my requirements). Found this easier than ringing up. Will purchase from again in the future.”

“Really useful advice from the site and via chat. There are slightly cheaper ways to buy this stuff but you're less likely to make an expensive mistake when you've got decent support. If you're taking the installation of CCTV seriously, which you should, then it's better to go Waitrose than Lidl.”
