“I purchased a DS-2DE7174-A to install in a remote lambing shed with a wireless bridge link. I phoned to discuss my options and wanting to add audio at the site. They were very helpful and the delivery was very fast. The only problem now is that my neighbours also want one!! Would use again and probably will in the future.”

“I have been thoroughly impressed by use-IP, a company I had not heard of but that was recommended by a friend. The camera itself (Hikvision 3MP bullet) is better than I had expected and the advice and delivery first class. I will be buying from them again as I increase the number of cameras I use.”

“Our second recent purchase, we're building a new CCTV system using HikVision cameras and a HikVision NVR. Top marks for these guys in providing good advice via email/phone, allowed us to pick products that work together nicely, and even pointed out some cameras on discount that we could use! Will continue to purchase from Use-IP in future.”

“The hikvision 4mp dome and bullet cameras I purchased were received promptly. They are good cameras providing a good image during the day. The bullet camera has a better ir vision than the dome. The cameras are about 200m away and connected via cat5e cable with midspan Poe units and Poe extenders. They were easily picked up by the hikvision Nvr. I had two other cameras purchased from use-ip nearly two years ago and I had the settings incorrectly set and they provided great support to sort them out recently.”

“Very helpful staff, I even had a call from the MD to make sure the purchase I was making was going to be the correct item for the job. He was also very knowledgeable about his products which is nice to see. We will be using them again if we have need of their type product again.”

“After struggling to find a mini-bullet camera that was small enough and would suit our FTP requirements, i got in touch with Use-IP. Once i had explained what i was looking for, they happily offered to test several different cameras to find the right camera for me. Since then, the customer support has been incredible and look forward to dealing with them again very soon.”

“I was looking for hikvision cameras but this manufacturer is not really present in germany. There are a few offers of some hikvision models under other brands, sometimes very expensive or not on stock. So i found the shop "use-ip" but i was rather sceptic with international shipping (costs and duration). But my concerns about this were baseless. I ordered a cam from the bestseller list on sunday. The paket was shipped on monday with tracking number and on wednesday i get the cam. No idea how to make it much better! Another good point is the design of the website. Very easy to find products, many pictures, all technical specs in a table. This makes comparing easy. Links to OEM datasheets and manuals are very helpful also. Negative critic: There are not much customer reviews. Thank you, greetings from germany. You'll get my next order in a few days :)”
