“Second time i have ordered items from use-ip ltd,and again, received first class advice on the phone, which in turn convinced me to puchase the items from them, items arrived on time, good quality picture from the mini bullet camera(Hikvision DS-2CD2042WD-1 4MM 4MP WDR Network camera) installed.Now might have to purchase another one? Many Thanks Mr Philip Lum”

“The Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I 2.8mm 4MP WDR Fixed Dome Network Camera has proved excellent for our intended use, which is to record and stream Real Tennis matches live to the internet. The service from Use-IP has been exemplary. I would single out two aspects: 1) The 14 day buy and try which allowed us to determine whether the camera would meet our needs, with a money back option. 2) The technical support by email and telephone which enabled us to overcome teething problems in our use of the camera.”

“Very good, quick service. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour by mistake, I was able to talk to someone very quickly who sent me a returns label so I could do a swap. Very happy with the service and high levels of communication.”

“Very good communications. Placed an order then realised I had ordered the wrong item. Phone up and they were happy to change the order and email a pro former invoice for the difference. The woman could not of been friendlier and more happy to help. The Products are great as is the service.”

“Excellent Seller. I like the fact that the multiple product photos are shown on the webshop rather than putting up stock photos, this gives a great view and understanding of the product details. I had a query related to junction box and Phil responded in quick time with a explanation and suggestion on the product. The delivery was fast and the parcel was well packaged. I will definitely recommend the seller and would be doing business again.”

“Yet again Use-IP delivered another two outstandingly good value cameras by the next day. Within 30 minutes both cameras were hooked up to my home LAN and working great with my Synology surveillance station. I cannot fault the cameras and we now have five of them fitted around our property. just another one at the driveway gates will finish the install off. Well done guys. I can hole heartedly recommend them and their excellent service.”

“I have always had excellent service from Use-IP. All transactions have gone smoothly and goods received well wrapped for safe delivery. Orders placed right up until the last minute were delivered promptly the next day. Use IP also have their own forum for technical questions and issues and Kieran has written many useful articles. Will definitely be placing all my security requirements with Use-IP.”

“Bought a Hikvision Mini PTZ Dome Network Camera as use-IP Ltd is an approved reseller of Hikvision. Camera itself is amazing. Customer service is outstanding. Communication is perfect. “I purchased an IP camera to test out my Synology Diskstation. The HIK Vision camera seems to be good enough quality and I can now view my camera via the Diskstation. I did have a technical issue, which I called in and had very good backup service from the tech department. A1, thanks.”

“My local wholesaler stocked the model but not the lens size (12mm 2332 turret) and the usual other places I buy from showed them , I could pay for them then I'd get a message saying out of stock. UseIP had them in stock, for a competitive price even without having to sign up and jump through hoops to just to see how much, and even though I left it at free delivery it came on a next day courier. It also worked, which is a bonus :) Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”
