“Their website was full of information on the products, and when I did need to ask a question on the phone Kieran was very helpful and sent me a link on the webchat feature which really helped. If only all companies were this helpful!”

“I received excellent pre-sale advice and guidance from the team on which cameras and NVR were suitable for my requirements. This included being able to send them photos of the proposed camera sites and them suggesting the correct focal lengths and camera types. Post sales support in the form of advice, software updates and notifications has also been very good.”

“Order process was completely painless and the HikVision cameras arrived quickly. As stated (as with all their products) they where UK models, something everyone needs to be aware of when purchasing as other sellers hide this fact to make a quick quid. Very happy and will be using again in the future for other setups.”

“The Hikvision CCTV I bought is a high quality camera and now it's set up it's excellent. Use-IP Ltd were very helpful in identify the right product and accessories for my needs. However without the outstanding support from 'use-IP Ltd', I would have struggled with the setup to make it functional. This is a classic example of needing old fashioned technical support. 'Use-IP Ltd' were outstanding, yes outstanding, in providing this support. I cannot recommend 'use-IP Ltd' highly enough, they are the 'go to' experts for CCTV systems. “Their website was very easy to use - fast and efficient. Usually with online purchasing I find the relevant "paperwork" for a VAT return can be problematic. However with use-IP I received a constant feed of emails with updates, delivery confirmation and a VAT invoice. Excellent! We will definitely use them again.”

“Really outstanding pre- and post-sales support :) I ordered a NVR + 5 cameras to Finland. I had many questions on product selection and later on the details of configuration. The online support chat has been very helpful while being stuck in some settings. Has been earlier in contacts with some other suppliers and manufacturer's technical support. After those experiences it was a huge difference to see the friendly customer service and the value of the forum by use-ip. Will buy again soon.”
