“I ordered 6 Hikvision 4K IP cameras. Ordering and whole delivery process was excellent. Exactly according to my expectation. What I really apporeciate was the fact, that few days after my purchase and upon completion of the payment, the camera price was lowered and use-IP Ltd send me the difference in price compered to the new price back on my credit card. “Massive catalogue and inventory, the right price and prompt and efficient shipment. Their system easily dealt with my Jersey address and the attendant VAT issues. Also, contrarily to all the "call us" sites around, all of the technical information and publications are available a click away. Brilliant, however simple or complex your CCTV needs are.”

“The service from use-IP was very good. The product from HIKVision (a 2CD2042WD-I) isn't. The video plug-in isn't compatible with modern browsers and the email alert facility isn't considered secure enough for google (or Zen). Only by over-riding Google standard security settings can HIKVision-initiated emails be received at all. Use-IP should either cease selling HIKVision products, or warn potential customers of the problems they are likely to encounter.”

“Quick response to my email about a general question about cameras. Delivery was quick despite only choosing the normal delivery. When the items arrived there were no issues and everything worked as per the website. Also included were labels in the event the items needed to be returned. Couldn't say I found anything to fault them on.”
