“I came across use-ip whilst looking for a Hikvision product. Their prices were as good as any on the web, but also I required some technical advice and use-ip obtained all the info I needed from Hikvision. Their 14 day return policy is useful to have just in case you up something you don't want or don't like. They also have an online forum which is useful to exchange ideas with other users.”

“As I was looking to purchase my first IP camera I had a few questions that I wanted answered before committing to buy. Luckily, Kieran answered all my questions over web chat. He even pointed me to their forum which contains a host of information; particularly useful for a novice like me! Impressed with this, I ordered the same day. Delivery was very prompt and delivered by DPD (with 1 hour delivery window). Since installing the camera (Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I), I have been thoroughly impressed with the picture, particularly during the day. Event sensors required a bit of tweaking but I'm now very happy with the way it is performing. Use-IP is definitely the place to go for IP cameras!”

“I came across use-IP whilst searching for a Mac compatible camera - all Hikvision. After a lot of experimentation with my D-Link indoor camera and reading of manuals (++ for use_IP) I chose a Vivotek camera. I have since discovered that getting the best out of security cameras is a dark art requiring much experimentation and many magic words. The Vivotek FD836B-HVF2 is OK (I use it with a Synology NAS SurveillanceStation) but tricky to get the best out of the full 1024p resolution. For my purposes I might have been better off sticking to 720p resolution.”

“I found Use IP some years ago when I installed my first IP camera. The service then was impeccable. I went some years before requiring more and looked Use IP up again. Can only say that have got better, their knowledge and advice both spot on allowing me to quickly pick camera that would do what I wanted. After sales with links to software and tutorials, first class, e En now if I have a question I go to Use IP first. Thank you”
