“Well the kit arrives very promptly and it's all there. The website lists the current discount codes so be sure and check. The phone is answered promptly without any menu nonsense and the advice is soundand the cameras are a doddle to set up.”

“As a newbie looking for advice and camera recommendations for a domestic install, I found the Use-IP website and support from their staff (via Live Chat) a great help. They answered all the questions I had and when I finally placed my order, it was delivery promptly, via next day delivery. I expect I'll be expanding my CCTV setup in due course and when I do, Use-IP will be the only company I contact. Highly recommended.”

“The equipment I purchased was delivered promply and had little trouble setting to work on the bench. I am new to installing CCTV. The quality looks OK. It is not my intention to view the system remotely - but I am keen to learn the techniques and programs involved. The documentation that is available on the web is excellent. I would like to speak with you again at some point regarding the DDNS as I understand the Hikvision program has been withdrawn. Thank you for an excellent service.”

“I needed to install a high quality video surveillance system at a good price. With so may options and providers in the market, it was difficult to know who to turn to! I read some great reviews about Use-IP and after a couple of phone calls I was confident they knew what I needed and they helped me select the products which were right for me at a great price! The items arrived next day and had the whole system installed within 3 days all working perfectly. When I had a question, post sales support couldn't have been more helpful. Result?
