“I wanted to purchase various hikvision components. Use-ip advised me on what would fit my needs. Provided me with 100% UK compliant/versioned equipment quickly, even after I changed my order at the last minute. I found one item to be faulty. They supplied diagnostic checks over email quickly. After nothing worked, I sent the item back and they confirmed it was faulty and supplied a replacment. Lastly, they took back equipment I ordered but didnt use. What more do you need - fast ; reliable ; polite and competitive. I have since directed two friends their way Overall, could not be happier.”

“They provided plenty of help with the correct specification of a security camera for my needs. They did not have any issue that there were quite a few questions and overall were a big help in making the right decision. After discussion I bought a 4mp Hikvision Dome. with wifi and using an SD card.. Very easy to fit to the eves and powered form a transformer in the loft. Fully accessable wirelessly. Enclosed is a picture in evening low light before switching to night vision. Daytime in bright light is great, low light is good. Nigh time is ok upto 10-15 m over that extra IR or light would be helpful. However as a mid-range camera more than happy. Instalation picture also added. (I painted the camera black)”

“I've just installed a trendnet TV-NVR104K that I purchase from use-IP, it was an open box which means it had been returned for what ever reason so it was less than half the price of the same system anywhere else, I can happily say I am delighted with it, every body at use-IP were extremely good at customer service an I was kept informed all the way through to delivery. I have a few photos of the system but the camera is quite hard to see as I sprayed them black for just that reason. Once again I would recommend this company. Jonathan.”

“Phil and his team go out of their way to ensure that they have delighted customers. I have now used use-IP Ltd three times to place orders, each time I have had very swift delivery. I have only ever had one minor technical difficulty with a Hik Vision camera which Phil personally solved for me with an excellent item from their blog, which I have now used extensively to fine tune my system. Excellent company and fantastic service!”

“I had a very good experience when purchasing an IP camera. The shop answered my inquiry and following questions promptly and in a professional way. The price was good, shipping costs high but I got the package very fast delivered to Thailand - actually before I expected, so everything was very satisfactory. I will definetely not hesitate trading with this shop again.”

“I have used use-ip in the past as well as just recently and both times they have been really helpful. Top service and its a real bonus knowing that if you are having any trouble with configuration they are on hand to give advice and help you work through any technical issues. Great customer service and friendly staff”

“First, I called up and was given some great advice on what to buy and why. Helped me ensure I found the camera I needed and the focal length. Then, I made a mistake on my order (wrong bracket for the camera I wanted - silly mistake on my part). They spotted this, emailed me, and then corrected my mistake. Overall, a great experience.”
