“Use-IP was a refreshing change - I had been trying to purchase HikVision IP cameras off Amazon and other more mainstream dealers without much success. The first attempt resulted in me receiving an unsupported device with Chinese firmware, the second resulted in a cancelled order as the dealer was unable to obtain stock (probably because the item I ordered had been discontinued - of which the dealer knew nothing). Use-IP have online chat support and their website and helped me find the right camera for my application. Use-IP demonstrated detailed knowledge of the HikVision equipment they sell, which was extremely helpful in making a purchase decision. HikVision cameras are inexpensive and solid, but the English language HikVision website provides little useful info - it makes a difference having a knowledgeable local dealer. The right camera was shipped to me quickly and for a reasonable price. I would always use them for future purchases of IP CCTV equipment.”

“Ordered 3MP Hikvision dome camera & junction box following online chat with Kieran which helped confirm choice of lens size and field of view. We already had a general idea of what we needed. The items were delivered quickly and safely in just a couple of days with standard shipping. Aftersales help by email has been knowledgeable and super quick - very happy I got this item from a specialist supplier rather than through the general marketplace. Will be going back to them later when we need to expand our home security.”

“I placed an urgent order on the Saturday and received a confirmation e-mail the same day followed by further confirmations on the Monday and the goods arrived before 10:00am on the Tuesday as promised. The whole process was straightforward, as online business should be, and the delivery was made to a completely different address from ours without any issues, unlike some sites that get very picky about sending goods direct to site. A good professional service all round.”

“The T25 is an excellent bit of kit which does everything you would expect of an intercom and much more. The only caveat being that it is complicated. If you are not an IT expert, or at least have very good knowledge of networks, ip ranges, subnets etc then you may have problems even getting access depending on how your network is setup. On top of that, being a professional product, there is lots of reading to do. If you don't have the patience don't buy it, but if you want the best intercom system on the market then buy it!”
