“I ordered online in October and my card was charged. 12 days later I enquired about an expected delivery date because I hadn't received anything. I received no response. I emailed a few times again. I received no reply to those emails either. I have had to ask my credit card company to recharge Urban Veda. I'm at the furthest end of the dissatisfied scale regarding Urban Veda.”

Hi Sinead, It was such an unfortunate problem due to the COVID lockdown in Ireland, we were really apologetic about the lockdown disrupting our Irish website which caused such a delay in your order getting to you. You and I spoke about this at the time and we realised this was our Irish website and not our UK site. I put you in touch with our account manager who is responsible for our Irish distributor who was able to help you at the time in placing your replacement order. “I bought the whole Urban Veda Radiance range and I have not seen ANY results. My face/skin is still DRY and DULL, just like it was before. I think I've now been using the products for a full month and there is NOTHING. that has changed about my skin or nobody. Not even a R500 facial oil has brought me any radiance. I'm very much disappointed.”

Dear K, as we previously explained in our emails with you, our website repeatedly highlights the additional customs charges (unfortunately due to Brexit and out of our control), for international orders - as do our T&C's, again during check-out, and in the email order confirmations a customer receives - where we even have introduced an additional option to cancel the order as a result of the customs' charges as a last resort. We would never delete negative reviews, however, in this instance your negative review contained false claims such as us purposefully hiding these charges from you and that we only updated our website after your order. We flagged your review to reviews.com who assessed the case, and it was ultimately their decision to remove your review given it contained unfair and false statements. We do not remove reviews as a matter of course so we will leave this last one up, however please be aware we feel we have tried to help you as much as possible on this and are also frustrated by the customs' charges. “I am in love with the Sandalwood botanical line. I have oily, Sensative acne prone skin. I Started using the soothing sandlewood Day and soothing sandlewood night cream and my face was better in one week. It even correct my Oily skin. I recommend urban veda to my sister who love it this brand is a game changer and 100% pure as a vegan with super sensitive skin it's very hard to find product without all that nasty stuff inside which is so harmful to us. I'm glad I found urban veda. Thank you Tanya for all your help coleen.”

“Beautiful skin care products from Urban Veda. I am using all of the Radiance skincare range after receiving as a gift and have already ordered new ones as I don't want to run out. The facial wash, polisher, toner and creams leave skin feeling fresh and glowing and have a beautiful scent. Honestly the best products I have used on my face. Added bonus of GM free and not tested on animals.”

“Love these products been using them for a couple of years now and they make great gifts. Love the body lotions smell so clean and pleasant. Body washes lather up very well. Skin toners also good. Highly recommend the products.”

“Just posting an update - I think this is important to pass on: Someone from Urban Veda has emailed me. It really was a very nice email, very genuine & personal. They clearly really took the time to write a proper, detailed response. They said they have noticed the recent changes and will be working on restoring the product [and others] to their former glory. They were very certain about that, seemed very determined to put it right. The person [I don't want to give away who they are] who contacted me seems to have pretty much the same feelings about the product as I do - i.e. they're not happy about the changes & want to bring back the good old stuff. They are definitely a fan of the good old stuff. They said my "favourite moisturiser will exist again"! :) That was brilliant - really good news! :) They have also offered a refund, which of course I appreciate. I feel really mean about my previous post now! I'm so glad they're bringing back the product as it used to be - I'll definitely be buying it!”

“I was given a tester from my friend and fell in love with this brand. My favourite is the oil. I use the yellow soothing one and after using it even just twice there were major differences. I often get dry patches from wearing make up every day at work. My skin often flakes. The oil is a game changer. I am also using body lotion and face wash. Love them all. Feels and smells like you have just come from a facial. I got some testers with my order and I have passed them onto my friends as I think this product is so good. Love it, great job!!”

“Hi I sent the following to your customer service on 29/7 & received no response: I saw a favorable review of your products online. I then visited your website & did the questionnaire for "what's your dosha". I have dry, acne prone skin and was recommended the reviving skincare range which was presented as being suitable for all doshas. I really liked the quality and smell of the products but the reviving day and night cream caused very bad breakouts. I don't think these products are suitable for acne prone skin and shouldn't be advertised as being suitable for all skin types. I am unhappy about spending over €50 on products I cannot use and won't be ordering from your site again.”

“I've tried so many different brands for my sensitive, adult acne prone, oily but peely skin. Nothing has been as instantly calming and nourishing for it as the Soothing Urban Veda range (the orange one). My redness is reduced, skin is not peeling as much but isn't oily. Plus the products smell AMAZING!”

“This is a lovely range to use i was very surprised how soft my skin was after using the facial scrub a few times .I have a very good skin care routine anyway and have had since the age of 15 but am seriously considering changing my current products and using the full range of the radiance range .”
