Bought this product for years with Holland and Barrett, unfortunately they no longer sell it. Went directly with Urban Veda.ie Didn’t received the amount of product I ordered and paid for . Email them twice no answers Called them extremely rude person on the phone !!!!!! Finally got my outstanding products without any apologies !!! Great products , very bad customer service

The service delivery is awful. I ordered 2 products, when my delivery arrived I realized one of my products was not included. I then made the necessary enquiries via phone as emails were not responded to. I was told the product would be delivered ASAP. I received a delivery the next day only to find that the wrong product was delivered... I'm not impressed

Hi Bina, Are you able to let us know where you purchased your products from and where you live? I cannot see any orders from our UK website under your name or that order number and no emails from your name either! Emails are responded to within 24 hours so I would love to hear more. Thanks!

I used the Urban Veda soothing daily facial wash twice without a problem. On the third occasion it left my face 'RED, BURNING AND IRRITATED'. I purchased a range of Urban Veda products to compliment the face wash. I was shocked and disappointed by the reaction on my face that I feel unwilling to use the other products. I purchased from Holland and Barrett £50 + for all. Delivered quickly.

I bought the whole Urban Veda Radiance range and I have not seen ANY results. My face/skin is still DRY and DULL, just like it was before. I think I've now been using the products for a full month and there is NOTHING. that has changed about my skin or nobody. Not even a R500 facial oil has brought me any radiance. I'm very much disappointed.

Why has the formula of the Revive Day Cream been changed to a horrible cheaper one with NO rose oil, no clove oil, no geranium oil, no rose-geranium oil & no organic pomegranate juice [no pomegranate juice at all]? You've RUINED it! But it still costs the same! It doesn't moisturise AT ALL anymore! The lovely light yet rich silky texture & wonderful smell is gone! Is that why I can't post a review on Holland & Barrett [unlike all those fake accounts that all posted within the last 17 hours & are identical to the reviews that also popped up on Urban Veda's website 4 days ago]? I posted a review to the Urban Veda site - but it's nowhere to be seen - I wonder why! What a shame - you used to make something wonderful & now you've replaced it with an inferior, low quality product. I've been using your products for years. You were my favourite brand. The rose day cream was the best out there........until this year. You really messed it up.

Beware- a number of people have said their reviews have been deleted. This company deleted my comment on Instagram asking them to contact me. How unprofessional is this? What have you got to hide? Dishonesty by a company is worrying. If this is how they conduct business what else are you being dishonest about? Should your products be trusted? Will not be giving them my custom anymore and will tell others not to either.

Dear Anonymous, We think that this review has come from the same person as the other one. Please note, we do not delete reviews or comments, however on one occasion we flagged a negative, false and untrue review to reviews.com who assessed it, and it was their decision to remove a review given it contained unfair, false and derogatory statements. We feel we always try to help our customers as much as possible. Thank you

Dear K, as we previously explained in our emails with you, our website repeatedly highlights the additional customs charges (unfortunately due to Brexit and out of our control), for international orders - as do our T&C's, again during check-out, and in the email order confirmations a customer receives - where we even have introduced an additional option to cancel the order as a result of the customs' charges as a last resort. We would never delete negative reviews, however, in this instance your negative review contained false claims such as us purposefully hiding these charges from you and that we only updated our website after your order. We flagged your review to reviews.com who assessed the case, and it was ultimately their decision to remove your review given it contained unfair and false statements. We do not remove reviews as a matter of course so we will leave this last one up, however please be aware we feel we have tried to help you as much as possible on this and are also frustrated by the customs' charges. I ordered online in October and my card was charged. 12 days later I enquired about an expected delivery date because I hadn't received anything. I received no response. I emailed a few times again. I received no reply to those emails either. I have had to ask my credit card company to recharge Urban Veda. I'm at the furthest end of the dissatisfied scale regarding Urban Veda.

Hi Sinead, It was such an unfortunate problem due to the COVID lockdown in Ireland, we were really apologetic about the lockdown disrupting our Irish website which caused such a delay in your order getting to you. You and I spoke about this at the time and we realised this was our Irish website and not our UK site. I put you in touch with our account manager who is responsible for our Irish distributor who was able to help you at the time in placing your replacement order. Hi I sent the following to your customer service on 29/7 & received no response: I saw a favorable review of your products online. I then visited your website & did the questionnaire for "what's your dosha". I have dry, acne prone skin and was recommended the reviving skincare range which was presented as being suitable for all doshas. I really liked the quality and smell of the products but the reviving day and night cream caused very bad breakouts. I don't think these products are suitable for acne prone skin and shouldn't be advertised as being suitable for all skin types. I am unhappy about spending over €50 on products I cannot use and won't be ordering from your site again.

Love the products, been using them for years bought locally. However, when contacting Urban Veda direct and placing an order, they managed to send me someone else's order which displeased me greatly. The other person's order had all their personal details of which I can only presume that they got mine. Not very professional at all. Perhaps more marketing would benefit people like myself who wish to be able to buy the products locally and over the counter. not a good experience.
