“Disappointed with this delivery. Face creams were fine but I ordered a sponge which was much smaller than others I've had and had a fossilised fish embedded in it. I rang Urban Veda to ask them what I should do with it and was told someone would phone me back. This was a week ago and I've heard nothing. I shall not be ordering from them again.”

Hey there, we're so sorry about the disappointment with your order. Our team reached out to you after conducting a QC of all products but were unable to reach you. As these sea sponges are untreated, they go straight from the ocean to our supplier to us! We're more than happy to refund you for the product and even send a new one if you're interested.

“the oil does not distribute as smoothly as I would think. It says to use 2-3 drops, rub in your fingertips to warm up, and I do that but then that amount is not enough for my face. So not sure if the oil is the right thing to use or if I should go back to a cream.”

“I almost bought your products liking the fact that the packaging says natural ayurvedic skincare. But the fact that there are still some nasties in the ingredients it put me off I'm afraid.”

“I like the principle of Ayurvedic skin care, and these products smell amazing, HOWEVER, they still contain nasty ingredients such as sulphates and Methylisothiazolinone. I enjoyed trying them, but will opt for something without these next time.”

“I like the product very much but not happy with the service. Delivered in 2 weeks due to holiday closure in Ireland but not aware of it. Promised extra samples as an apology but never received”
