“The customer service was excellent - communication helpful and personable. Unfortunately, I don't think the body moisturiser suits my skin as it seems a bit spotty (not a normal issue) after using for a week but I will see if this improves.”

“Disappointed with this delivery. Face creams were fine but I ordered a sponge which was much smaller than others I've had and had a fossilised fish embedded in it. I rang Urban Veda to ask them what I should do with it and was told someone would phone me back. This was a week ago and I've heard nothing. I shall not be ordering from them again.”

Hey there, we're so sorry about the disappointment with your order. Our team reached out to you after conducting a QC of all products but were unable to reach you. As these sea sponges are untreated, they go straight from the ocean to our supplier to us! We're more than happy to refund you for the product and even send a new one if you're interested.

“I tried other tongue cleaner products to get my tongue clean but all have failed so I tried this tongue cleaner & it is excellent, after couple of days of using it I can see a big difference.”

Hey Jason, we're so happy to hear it! Our tongue cleaner is made of 100% antimicrobial copper, so much better than the plastic or stainless steel ones found at the drugstore. Plus, ours is much better for you and the planet!

“Beautiful products. I have used the Sandalwood and Botanics Soothing Clarifying Day and also Night Cream for Normal and Sensitive Skin for a few years and the aroma, feel and luxurious silky feeling on the skin beats anything else I have used. Following major surgery my skin is drier so I have decided to try Rose and Botanics Reviving Renewal Day, Night Cream and oil for Tired and Mature Skin. I am not disappointed! Lovely 🥰 Also the customer service is fantastic 10 out of 10 for everything.”

“I love my Urban Veda products which are the best I have found for my sensitive skin, and although I wish there was a way of buying the product without acquiring so many plastic bottles, I am pleased that they have made an effort to plant trees and be carbon negative.”
