“Hi, I have discovered your products a few years ago, when I was looking for a replacement for a home made face moisturizer. I used to make my own face moisturiser, but it takes a bit of time and preparation (gathering the right plants, etc.), so I was looking for something that would be as natural as possible and accessible. I found your Calm and restore Day cream (sandalwood and botanics) in my local Holland&Barrett. Although, the smell is not as pleasant as your competitors, the small list of ingredients won me over. The consistency is nice - not too sticky and heavy (I prefer water based moisturisers) and when the moisturiser "disappears" on my face and doesn't kling like an iron mask. It was a bit hit-and-miss (in this case hit) purchase, as the shop assistant wasn't able to tell me anything about the consistency - they were not receiving any samples for the shop, so was not able to describe the product features. Maybe it would be good to send some samples to shops - for staff and customers, so that more people could appreciate your products? Just a thought, not sure, how big your marketing budget is. For a while I was quite happy, buying the cream, whe I ran out of it and quite recently I went to H&B and was told that it's been removed from the store. I didn't manage to find it on Amazon, so went onto your website. I am not a great fan of Royal Mail as a delivery company, but maybe for bigger orders you ship with a courier (like DPD?)? The samples, that I found in the box, were great, as I will be now to test some products without the necessity of committing to a full-size product. I am missing (maybe I am blind) - any info on UPF on the product, but maybe this is what minimizes the list of ingredients? It would be good to be able to find that out. Also, why not introduce a Ginkgo biloba (should be in Italics) product as well? The tree has some fantastic properties, as it was the only living thing, that survived the atomic blast (apologies for the nerdy info, I'm a Horticulture and Garden Design student so comes with the territory;). Anyways, overall a 4.5-star out of 5 (would prefer a slightly bigger container, maybe dark in colour to protect it from the sunlinght, slightly different smell [my husband sometimes says "oh, the Sunday roast is closeby" ;). For the samples, that I got a 5 out of 5 :). Thanks so much, if you need more information, please let me know. XX Agatha”

“I was introduced to a range of travel/sample products while on a wellbeing retreat. Although I was familiar with the brand before the retreat, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality with ALL the products. Follow a glitch with the ordering process (a technical issue, not within the hands of UV customer care), the team (mainly Daniela) were helpful in seeing the problem through to resolution and arranged a next day delivery as well as some happily received treats as a way of apology. Fabulous products and thr customer care was second to none. Thank you. 😊 x”

“Bought this product for years with Holland and Barrett, unfortunately they no longer sell it. Went directly with Urban Veda.ie Didn’t received the amount of product I ordered and paid for . Email them twice no answers Called them extremely rude person on the phone !!!!!! Finally got my outstanding products without any apologies !!! Great products , very bad customer service”
