Item returned by Special delivery almost two weeks ago, no confirmation from them, no reply to my email. My concern has also been flagged up with Klarna. Item didn't fit true to size and wasn't as expected. Reading other reviews it appears they have a poor history when it comes to dealing with customers returns.

Returned unused item and did not receive refund after 3 emails to ask why ive had no refund ..and had no replys atall ..

I’m still waiting for my order after nearly two weeks from placing the order (1st class delivery paid). I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email with no response! Avoid!!!! urban male clothing - please check your emails and contact me!

Give me my money back!!! I never leave bad reviews but this has left me no choice. Returned an item a day after receiving as it was the wrong size and didn’t fit so sent it back for a refund. I have proof of postage that it is delivered and they have received it. They will not answer my emails. Every time I call it rings 6 times then asks you to leave a message. The company are obviously active as they are responding to bad reviews on here. Waiting for Klarna to get involved and open a dispute now so I can get my money back. Thieving company! Unless you know something will fit you it is genuine nice items. But this company really need to sort out their return process and actually support their customers. Will never buy from here again!

I sent a piece for return and refund that didn't fit properly in December. It's mid-Feb now and I've had no refund, and no response to repeat messages on the website. Nobody picks up the phone either. Only buy from here if you're certain you won't need to return something.

STILL AWAITING REFUND. I returned the coat over 3 weeks ago (have proof of delivery) and heard nothing. The phone is unanswered. Have left messages and emailed but no response. Upon investigation Companies House list this company as being dissolved - therefore shouldn't even be trading? https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13265105 Cleverly the reviews showing on the website are all 5* leading people to believe that there won't be an issue dealing with this company. Great if you are happy with your purchase but not if it doesn't fit and you need a refund. Stephen White - you are the director please could you deal with this. I have a strong feeling that I won't see the return of my money.

Very disappointed with service - returned a coat 3 weeks ago (have proof of delivery) and still not heard anything regarding the refund. Phone isn't picked up and have left messages and sent an email - with no response. Having had to spend £11 to return the item I would really like to receive acknowledgement and the refund!

I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop. Never received my refund. Noone would replay to my emails or calls. Its just one of those small disquasting businesses who don't have any responsibility to their customers.

Ordered a coat and my order got cancelled but no mention of a refund. They’ve taken my money but not given it back but I am not receiving the order. I can’t get hold of anyone, phone just goes to voicemail. Emails ignored and called numerous of times now. Disgusting service and a scam. Don’t buy from this company.

I never received the item and have had no way to get in touch with Urban Male Clothing. I actually believe I have been duped and this is a fraudulent website. I strongly advise that you think twice before ordering anything from it.

Delivery was amazing and item was what I ordered. however, the person it was bought for did not like it!! I returned the jacket over 2 weeks ago and have proof of delivery on the 27th November. I have still not received a refund.. Listen to all the other reviews that also say you never get a refund because you don't! you also get no response to any email you send. DO NOT BUY from Urban Male Clothing.

Buyer beware. They have not responded to multiple inquires about a refund regarding a items that I had shipped back according to their online instructions. Items were purchased in late July, sent back in early August, and no refund has been issued as of mid October. I would never buy from here again, and have told my friends not to as well.

I have no idea where my package or if it has even been shipped. I ordered this item almost 2 weeks ago for my fiancé to wear at his bday party. His party is now 2 days away and from the looks of it, he won’t get them in time. However, the expected delivery date your website provided said it would. I’d like to be issued a refund!
