We received an order and one of the items was not suitable. This was returned with the returns label on the 16th October. We have left two voicemails, 2 contact emails via the website and one email direct. No one has responded to any of these. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am now £34.50 out of pocket. It seems the service is good when delivering items but non existent when returning.

Order 21987 never arrived. I contacted them just to be told it had been delivered to my local branch, when I went there they said it had never arrived. I complained twice more and never got a response. Wouldn’t recommend, still don’t have my order and have wasted ages chasing it up and driving to my local branch.

Received invoice with my delivery 24/08/23 with a note on saying 1 item out of stock, have emailed numerous times and called the number about being refunded for the item that was out of stock and not delivered. Order reference WEB21672.

I returned an item at the beginning of September and have still not received a refund - tried ringing them and emailing and no response. Absolutely disgusting service

Like another customer I also have not received a refund from you, REF: (WEB21649). I sent the item back on 30/08/23 and heard nothing, I also sent you an email on 21/09/23 with proof of postage and pictures of the parcel. I’ve also tried calling and the phone just rings out, will I ever get my refund??

Your replies are ridiculous, as you can clearly see from all the details that a refund of £52.00 is outstanding!

Re: Order Reference #21011 (WEB21011) This follows on from my review of 4 August (two entries down), as I am unable to respond directly to the reply from UMC. However, I would have thought that from my post (and subsequent mail with proof of postage), it was clear that only a refund will "make things better" and close this experience with a positive outcome. Re: Order Reference #21011 (WEB21011) Just like all those who have posted here before, my wife returned a product on 1 June (with proof of postage) and has yet to receive a refund. All mails and phone calls go unanswered. Absolutely shocking that people can get away with this!

Ordered an item on 13th July. The website states delivery is 1 - 2 working days. It is now 19th July and the order status hasn’t changed from “payment received”. Tried ringing but the call just rings out. Sent email to try and get an update but no reply. With hindsight I wish I had read previous reviews. However, you dont expect to be fraudulently robbed of your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

One star too many. Am latest in long, long line of people not being refunded by this company, wish I'd looked at reviews before I made purchase. As in other cases, items sent back with proof of delivery. No answer to phone calls. and multiple e-mails unanswered. Urge you not to buy from this company.

Shocking customer service. Returned an unused item by special delivery back in April and still no refund. Emailed and no reply and when you try to call the phone just rings and no answer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered from them! It seems that they do not like to acknowledge anything that is returned. I had to send back a T-shirt as it was too small and I filled out the form asking for it to be exchanged for a larger size. This was at the end of April and since then I have emailed, NO REPLY, I have called, NO ANSWER, it just rings out. I am now going through my bank to see if I can claim the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My item was returned over a week ago via Recorded delivery and still no Refund? I’ve tried calling to no avail as well as sending 3 emails via there contact page and still no response,it seems looking at the other reviews this is a common problem with this company and there customer service!

I returned an item and have proof of delivery however I have heard nothing from the company and have not received my refund. The telephone rings out constantly and I can get no answer. E-mails go unanswered. Shocking customer service and tantamount to theft. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
