We received an order and one of the items was not suitable. This was returned with the returns label on the 16th October.
We have left two voicemails, 2 contact emails via the website and one email direct.
No one has responded to any of these.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am now £34.50 out of pocket.
It seems the service is good when delivering items but non existent when returning.
