Placed an order with them in December 2022 and paid for next day delivery. 1 month and few days have passed but no delivery as yet. Called their advertised number (only works between 11 am and 4 pm) and am always told that the concerned department are not picking up and will get the message passed on. No one calls back. Emailed them on 3 occasions and only get the standard automatic response. Have now emailed refunds@upscentre.co.uk and will see what happens. Would advise buyers to stay away.

AVOID this COMPANY!!!!!! We placed an order on the 24th October and paid a premium for Next day Delivery but NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED and NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANT TO DATE!!!!! The order status still shows ON HOLD!!!!!!

We placed an order more than one year ago. And never received our item. Tried to contact them but with no luck. Tried to get the refund and with no luck. Total SCAM. And it is interesting that no one shut down this site yet.

AVOID! Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a UPS 50 days ago (Nov 29th), it missed its delivery date, so I chased and chased before Christmas with no response. Finally in the new year I was told that the particular model was no longer in stock, despite still showing as available for next day delivery on the website. Was offered an alternative model, this was due to arrive today, but have received no dispatch confirmation or tracking information. Have called and emailed with no response. Will be claiming back through my bank and shopping elsewhere.

This company seems incapable of managing a simple ordering and delivery process, receiving an order is one thing, but providing updates via email seems beyond them. 28 days of an order with no status change, followed by no responses to numerous emails over a further 2 weeks, has left me with the impression that my business is not needed. I've tried cancelling by email with no success, but eventually found an option in the website order status, I then find out it will take 21 days to refund me and woe betide me if i have the audacity to contact them before that period is up. Like others I've tried contact by phone only to be told by the receptionist, they'll call me back- nothing. I've subsequently looked up the reviews on trustpilot - my experience is not unique.

Dreadful experience that took over a month to get the battery I ordered on "next day" delivery. Don't bother phoning as the answering service do not have access to any of the system, and no one calls back. Thankfully emails get replied to when you threaten going down chargeback routes. This isn't an experience I'll be repeating. One to avoid for sure.

After 6 weeks still haven't received 2 x RBC7 batteries. Told order was being delivered that day. It never left. Can't get hold of anyone on chat, email or phone. E.g. receptionist just says "someone will call you back in 72 hours" but they don't.

Ordered UPS batteries on 24th November 2022, still not received them. I've tried calling and 'reception' takes my name and number but nobody calls back. Also tried emailing and no reply. Now completed an online form to cancel my order and raised a dispute with my credit card company.

SCAM I ordered a battery on 2nd November, it's now December. No one answers my emails and there's never anyone there to take my calls. My bank is now processing a charge back to my credit card!

AVOID AT ALL COST THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! Ordered a replacement UPS battery on the 16th November paid extra for the next day delivery. It’s now the 28th November and no sign of the goods. I have emailed several times with no response and made several phone calls which are always answered by a call centre, again nobody ever calls back. Having now read the other reviews which I wish I had seen at first, I would advise to avoid at all cost. I went back to my old supplier MDS Batteries which were slightly more expensive but delivered next day by 10:30 ! I’m now processing a charge back om my credit card. Also note the company address seems to be fake as unit 24 doesn’t exist its part of a block occupied by one big company, not the UPS Centre.

Ordered a unit 4th April for next day delivery, now the 15th April and it still hasn't arrived, I have called 7 times and sent numerous emails with no response from customer services, when you call you get put through to reception who say they will chase customer services but they never call back. avoid if you can very poor service

Ordered a back up battery, and paid for next day delivery as it was needed urgently. Received confirmation emails but the item wasn't delivered - we had to chase up several times and it finally turned up over 2 weeks later after our IT guy complained on the phone. No refund of the next day delivery surcharge was made. Sent several emails over the course of 2 months asking for the next day surcharge to be refunded and they haven't replied to any of them. Last email said we would have to start leaving negative reviews if they refused to talk to us . Here is the first one .......

Ordered a UPS on 4 March. 1-3 day delivery specified. 18 March got an email saying it was completed and would be shipped. Parcel Force have not received the item. 27 March I have made yet another attempt to contact them after being ignored repeatedly. They are now firmly in breach of contract. I would not recommend them to anybody as they seem to be incapacble of basic communication.

Ordered UPS 10th Feb. Money taken immediately. 19th March still says "processing". Managed to speak to a member of staff on chat once after the 21 days, was told it would arrive following week. It didn't. Completed cancellation form. Spoke to customer services rep a few days after who was going to email confirmation of conversation - nothing. Have tried both calling and messaging again but can only get through to a receptionist. Very poor. Don't order from them.

Bought 2 replacement batteries for some APC ups we had on site back in December. Later found out in January that they were no longer in stock, they tried offering a swap out solution, which never materialised. Have since made multiple attempts at getting a refund and I'm now being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

The slow delivery time and bad communication had me considering if the website was a scam. Like other reviews you'll read here the company really should be avoided at all costs. They refused to process a return even when within the 14 day returns period. We will be reporting to them to trading standards so hopefully others can avoid this kind of experience.

AVOID this company like the plague! I ordered a replacement battery for a UPS on 3rd December 2023. I wasn't a in hurry so I opted for free shipping with up to 21 days delivery. However, my credit card was charged immediately upon receipt of the order. Nothing arrived for several weeks and I contacted them on 12th January to enquire about it. They said they were closed over the holiday period, so there would be a "slight delay". I was then out of the country for several weeks, but nothing arrived while I was away. I contacted them again on 23rd February to cancel the order and request a refund. Three days later I received a reply asking me for my bank details so they could repay me. My scam radar was now flashing red, so I refused to do this and decided to dispute the card transaction with my bank, who credited my account the same day. So, 3 months later I have got my money back and am now looking for a reputable supplier.
