Placed an order with them in December 2022 and paid for next day delivery.
1 month and few days have passed but no delivery as yet.
Called their advertised number (only works between 11 am and 4 pm) and am always told that the concerned department are not picking up and will get the message passed on. No one calls back. Emailed them on 3 occasions and only get the standard automatic response.
Have now emailed refunds@upscentre.co.uk and will see what happens.
Would advise buyers to stay away.
