Ordered a UPS on 4 March. 1-3 day delivery specified.
18 March got an email saying it was completed and would be shipped.
Parcel Force have not received the item.
27 March I have made yet another attempt to contact them after being ignored repeatedly.
They are now firmly in breach of contract.
I would not recommend them to anybody as they seem to be incapacble of basic communication.
