“Very good value. The quality of the materials is very good, as is the packaging it came in. I'm glad I bought it from Universal Lighting. The staff went out of their way to help me find the most appropriate fitting, and they despatched my order very quickly. It arrived at my house the following day. 10 out of 10 for service and quality. Thank you.”

“The Lamp we purchased was very high quality and exactly as described. The service we received was excellent.I asked for it to be delivered on a particular day and I received a call the day after I ordered it to say when it would be despatched.Then I received a text telling me that it had been despatched and would be with me on the day I requested. All in all ,I was very impressed with both the lamp and the customer service. Well done !”

“I love these, the pattern the light creates in the ceiling is beautiful. Also, I’d like to thank Chloe, as she went above and beyond, to get these lights for me. They had two in stock and had to get the third one from Poland. Chloe went out of her way to keep me informed.”
