“During a purchase when a 3rd party issue arose it wasn't shifted laterally or deflected, but given a level of customer service l haven’t experienced in decades. I’m grateful to have had a great customer experience and wish them continued success and more happy customers.”

“I initially bought two lights from Universal Lighting and I had such a good customer service experience and was so happy with the quality of the lights, that when I realised I needed two new outside lights as well, I went straight back to their website and had an equally good experience. They go to the effort of calling you to acknowledge your order which is a lovely and rare personal touch, and they delivered very quickly. An absolutely lovely company.”

“Great service from Universal, had a phone call less than 2 hours after ordering advising the product was in stock and would be shipped same day, product arrived via DPD, no issues and obviously quite quickly, will definitely look to Universal again for lighting.”
