“Not the one advertised, but better and at the same price. Chloe was fantastic in the correspondance and even included an additional free bulb. She did the company proud in customer service. Excellent company to deal with and hope to do so again in the future when looking for lights / lamps.”

“Really pleased with the product, just been fitted, and it is very bright. Good value and quality. Really appreciated the phone call from Universal to thank me personally for placing an order with them, and the note to me inside the packaging thanking me again, never had that before from any other online retailer and was rather touched by it. So overall great service and product.”
