“Excellent service. Eddie contacted me to see that I had the correct shade carrier for the shade I was buying. Delivery was quick and arrived as scheduled. Immaculately packed. Would use this company again. Nice to see proper customer service.”

“Online query promptly and satisfactorily answered, communication regarding lead time was excellent. Lights just installed and bathroom is transformed! Electrician commented on the quality of these lights and said they were "a joy to work with". Top marks for communication, packaging, delivery time and quality. Highly recommend your company and would not hesitate to purchase from you in the future.”

“My review is more about the way in which I was dealt with when I received my lampshade and it was the wrong colour (completely my fault). I cannot fault the company for the way I was handled and the returns and replacement service. I communicated with someone called 'Eddie' who went out of their way to take photos of different colour shades so that I could choose a new one. I am very happy with the replacement shade and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you”
