“Can’t say enough good things about this Company. From start to finish the service was first class. From the online order I received a phone call from Chloe to thank me for the business and ask if I needed anything. I was looking for wall lights to batch the Tiffany ceiling light we purchased, Chloe found them in a jiffy and although delivery was a week to ten days, I ask if there was any chance of getting them just three days later. Not a problem for Chloe and they arrived on time exactly when promised on the Friday morning. unfortunately one of the ceiling hangers was broken so I emailed Chloe to request a replacement. I joked with a friend that I expected a quick response and noted when the email went. I didn’t expect Chloe to phone back in 8 minutes though telling me she had the replacement part in her desk and it was being posted to me that evening. Naturally it arrived on time. Service I didn’t expect existed any more. Brilliant work Chloe- and ask for a raise you deserve it ! Love this company already.”

“We have bought most of our lighting for a new home from Universal. Our house is in South West France and says a lot about the quality and the service that we have received from Universal LIghting that we have chosen them for the majority of the lighting in our renovation project. Great service and good quality are not easy to find, so we highly recommend them.”

“Unfortunately, I have had to return the item as it didn't fit the space. However, the light is beautiful, well made and very well packed. It was also received in perfect condition. I had to call customer services for return instructions, and they were most helpful. The return was made easily. I would recommend this company without resercvation.”
