“Got courtesy call from George telling me that light fixture delivery might be delayed. (Nice touch.) It wasn't delayed and arrived well-packaged. Very easy transaction. Haven't installed it yet.”

“Excellent service and fantastic products! I purchased six small light bulbs for my bedroom and they're brilliant – really bright and exactly what I wanted. The customer service was outstanding too, as the company actually phoned me to let me know when my delivery would arrive. Great products, great communication and excellent service. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again!”

“Purchased a brass light fitting for my hallway. It took a little while to be delivered but was great quality. That is the only reason for not giving five stars. The product and communication was very good however. The light fitting was of such good quality that I have purchased a second item.”

“Very good business to deal with. Quite local for me too, which is good. They were polite, responsive and I received a courtesy call thanking me for placing my order : a very nice touch, which because I hadn’t used Universal Lighting before, it gave me a nice feeling that they were decent to deal with. Delivery arrived within a few days and order spot on.”

“I ordered two lights from this company - prompt delivery & really well packaged .unfortunately one light fitting was not suitable so I needed to return it . I got a very prompt & polite & helpful reponse - hoping to exchange for a more suitable light . The quality of the items were excellent & customer service also excellent!”
