“Purchased 2 lights. One was fantastic, very solid and heavy brass fitting. Other one was bigger than we thought and refund was no drama. Definitely recommend purchasing from Universal Lighting. I rarely leave reviews as everyone seems to want one these days but the great customer service received from Universal deserved it.”

“Communication from Universal Lighting was excellent. Item arrived in good time & well packaged. Fitting appears solid and looks a well made, good quality item. Fitting instructions are a bit basic but like anything else, as long as you take the time to read and understand them rather than rushing straight into trying to fit the light you should be okay. Overall, really pleased with the service and the light fitting. As an extra little bonus, my wife actually likes the light despite me picking it. Result!!”

“I’m very happy with my lamp and lampshade. The product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent too — I received a friendly telephone call shortly after placing my order to confirm the delivery details, courier, and to make sure everything was suitable for me. The lamp itself is beautiful and very well made, and the lampshade is lined, which gives it a lovely high‑quality finish. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the product.
