“Unfortunately, I have had to return the item as it didn't fit the space. However, the light is beautiful, well made and very well packed. It was also received in perfect condition. I had to call customer services for return instructions, and they were most helpful. The return was made easily. I would recommend this company without resercvation.”

“Very impressed with your company and customer service. Placed our order - a couple of days later I was contacted by phone to confirm my order and to thank us for our custom. We were advised that our lampshade would arrive within a couple of days, which it duly did. Safely packaged to avoid any damage and easy to fit. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Nice to know that someone somewhere still cares about Customer Service! Well done Universal Lighting.”

“I haven't installed the light yet but i'm really please with it, the dual light level lights are hard to find! Really impressed with the customer service - they called and left me a message to say they'd received my online order and it would be dispatched same day. That was a nice touch! Very quick delivery and the light was packed really well. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.”
