“Top notch friendly service..I rang for some advice initially, as I'd bought a couple of budget dimmer switches which didn't properly control my kitchen LEDs. After establishing my set-up and confirming the correct dimmer for my needs, Universal then went to great lengths to source the item in my preferred finish. They called back to update me several times while they searching, until they'd located the right item (Which, incidentally, works perfectly). Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended”
